Each session is customized to the needs and wishes of the individual client. Our therapist can and will utilize multiple techniques during your session. Techniques will be explained, and any questions regarding these techniques will be answered at the time of service.

These sessions will focus on one to two specific areas of concern. This is not a full-body massage.
